Hey all, I will now be performing online concerts! I was able to get my internet connection upgraded last week, which means that starting this week I’ll be streaming live online concerts through my YouTube channel. The shows will be live stream only and not available afterwards, so you’ll just have to tune in! All live streams will be announced in advance on my schedule page, and for starters, I’ll be streaming every Monday evening from 7 to 8pm. I have missed performing for you all so much these past weeks and I’m happy to be starting back up in whichever way I can!
Jack Dwyer Show Weekly Podcast
And in case you can’t make it to the online concerts, I’ll be putting together a weekly variety show podcast and releasing it on my YouTube channel. It’s actually something I’ve been curious about trying for a while, and well, there’s no time like the present! (Seriously though! What the heck is going on?! I hope you all are staying safe and sane out there!)
And I hope you’ll stay tuned by subscribing at:
My New Virtual Tip Jar
The future is very much in flux at the moment, and we’re all navigating this new reality day to day. However, I am going to make as much music as I can through all of this. If that is something you would like to support, you can drop a few 1’s (and 0’s?) into my virtual tip jar.
It doesn’t light up like my old one, but other than that, it works the same!
Bandcamp Album Downloads
Or if you’d prefer, all my albums are now available for download (including the new one I released in January) at:
Hey all, Unfortunately it seems that we may all have to go without live music for a while. How long? Best answer is we don’t really know. While I have shows for this summer and fall penciled in on my calendar, it’s feeling more and more likely that those too will be cancelled… just another part of this new reality that we’re all living in. I’ll be posting updates here as soon as that starts to change. I am very much looking forward to a day when we can get together for live music again.
In the meantime, the show must go on! Check out my latest post to find out how I’ll be making music going forward:
I’ve been thinking a lot about all of you, and this great community that we have. Wishing the best for all our venues, festivals, and organizations. I hope we can all find a way to help each other through this crazy time.
Hey all, Just wanted to let you know, I have some new videos up on my YouTube channel: new solo videos, and four videos from a July session with Bobby Winstead. Bobby Winstead and Friends
When You’re Here For Christmastime
Giant Killer Records
“…Bobby Winstead and his friends provide us with some quality Christmas entertainment. The songs are well written and aimed at fans of those old-style Christmas LPs of yesteryear. This is a Christmas release but anyone who like, “real” country may well enjoy it. Hopefully in the future we can look forward to lots more Bobby Winstead albums.”
Was joined by Dirk Anderson on bass yesterday and I’ll be joined next Monday, June 25th, by Jonathan Doyle, a fabulous sax/clarinet player who has recently moved out to the Peninsula. Come check us out!
Also, it’s worth mentioning, I think, that the Keg and I is fully air-conditioned, so a great place to be during this warmer weather we’re having lately!
